- Credit or Debit Card Required
All clients must deposit the 100% of the price of the service through a credit or debit card. Credit or debit card is required on file for all bookings.
Reservations
In Aris Spa reservations are recommended. Either a credit or debit card deposit will be required to secured your online or telephone reservation.
Check in
We recommend you to arrive at the Spa at least 20 minutes earlier to your scheduled appointment so we can proceed with your treatment on time. We also will end your service very punctually so we can go with the next scheduled guest. Please come in comfortable wearing clothes and ready to get relaxing. Also we recommend you not to bring jewelry or other valuables pertinences since Aris Spa does not assume any responsibility for those valuables
If you are coming late a period of 15 minutes of grace will be applied to you. After this period of time you will not be attended and the service will be charged 100%.
Also you will need to complete a medical history form upon arrival at the Spa so we can better customize your experience to your needs.

We provide
Aris Spa will provide you with robes, towels, and bathing suits for you to use.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
As we understand some issues can come up you might need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For this situation you must call our office number 321-900-7611 48 hours in advance between 9:00 Am and 6:00 pm on weekdays and from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday and speak with an Aris Spa representative to submit your cancellation or reschedule request.
Sunday we are not open so calls will not be taken this day. Scheduled appointments for Monday or Tuesday must be canceled or rescheduled at least the prior Saturday in order to fulfil with our policies. Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment price with the credit or debit card on file.
Age policies
Spa treatments are all available for guests 18 years and older. Parental supervision for spa treatments is required for guests under 18. Children 12 and under are not able to receive any services for their own safety.
Tips
Tips are not included in the prices of the services (18% of full menu price is suggested).
